Haved been spraying phrags every couple of weeks or so with Neem Oil (Dyna-Gro brand)/Sunlight Dishsoap solution for quite a few months now. Haven't seen any thrips for a while...

Nope, not a mirror Cheyenne, just a twin flower facing in the complete opposite direction.
