Quick post and gotta get back in the GH!






The fisheri is one of the more exciting slipper things I have going on presently, but I'm also pleased with this Phalae lindenii first blooming.


And had a great shot on this Bulbo micranthum.

Nice variety. How much fertilizer do you use? lol

And the less I use the better things are growing.

I buried quite a few fisheri in my earlier years when I used MSU at 1/2 tsp/gal and added lots of oystershell to the pots.
 
Awesome. What type if mix are you growing the fischeri in?


It's in the same basic bark mix it came in 2 years ago. Lots of moss growth on top that is also supporting quite a few roots.

I put a slower one in a basket and hung it in a brighter location. It didn't grow any faster (actually got way behind this blooming one in the pot) so moved back into the shade and watering more. Its getting new growths now.
