I have been told this plant has too much white in it to be pure schlimii. What do you guys think?

The photo isn't that great, but I think the color is within the normal range you would expect. But if the leaf next to the flower belongs to this plant, it seems wide for a Phrag. schlimii. I just measured the leaf width of six of our Phrag. schlimii clones and they ranged from 3/4" to 7/8 " (1.9-2.2 cm) in width.

Leaves are an inch across.

A little wider than any of ours, but maybe from a population that has wider leaves. Is there another bud coming? It would be great to see a better flower photo.
