You are correct Dot. It has 2 branches started and by the time they are on full bloom the main stem will be a 10 foot fishing pole!
 
No, I have not tried any breeding with any Phrag as far as that goes.

Sargentianum x longifolium is sorcerers apprentice, I commented on how sargentianums color passes to hybrids
 
I had a SA years ago which had 2 spikes, one about 6 foot long and the other about 8 foot long. It was intimidating, people chose to avoid the room I kept it in..! But I loved it. But unfortunate things happened... Still have a little remnant I have tried nursing back...
