Looks like anyone's guess to me! I hope you kept records of the purchase because that tag isn't helping anyone.
I got it at a show local to me 1.5 years ago in spike. This is 2nd flowering in my care.
When I first saw the tag I actually laughed then over the year it grew its new fan I tried to get it but nope!
Im just going with 'bigguy' x 'power petals'...lol

It's Paphiopedilum Macabe "bigguy" x black current FlamArrow power petals" 86-53-1 Hswinying Web Hsiny ng WebTaka'53' x Paph. Hung sheng red Apple 3994 x shadow x night shadow wild Thing 2892

Even though the sound of it is something quite atrocious

If you say it loud enough, you'll always sound precocious

I strongly suspect it is Paph. Macabre, not Macabe. The 'r' is missing.
I could not find Black Currant as a clonal name but I am pretty sure that Big Guy is an awarded clonal name of a Paph. Macabre.
Paph. Hung sheng Red Apple is a name that came up on the web. It is a vinicolor.
Paph. Flame Arrow x Pap. Black Currants is a hybrid that I found on "Pinterest". "Power petals" could simply refer to a Flame Arrow that hybridizer added to the tag to remind him that he had a Flame Arrow clone with larger petals. Hence power petals.

Hsinying I believe is a nursery in Taiwan. The other dribble is just misspellings of Hsinying.

And yes indeed, labels are confusing. But it would help that the person writing or printing the name was well versed in Botanical Latin and Nomenclature.

Thank you for digging around!
I did find a Macabre Big Guy in the little searching I did a while back.
I was thinking the cross of Flame Arrow x Black Currents was named 'Power Petals'?
I wrote on a seperate tag last year
Macabe (but will add the R) Big Guy x Power Petals. Keep it kind of short n sweet...lol
Its a nice flower. I bought 2 plants in bud from a small vendor at a show and realized when I got home they were the same...doh! After the flowers waned I potted both plants together and cool, both spiked

Any time orchidlife, any time.
I am use to, or familiar with, both botanical Latin and the nomenclature. I minored in Botany in college.
Plus being an “orchid nut” involved with orchid names and labels for 5 decades, I see these types of labels quite often.
Then take human error in label writing, c becomes a, a becomes o, m becomes n, and these mistakes are common place.
Orchid people, hobbyists with a few plants, make so many mistakes, it is unreal.

Not doubting you but someone either doesn’t know how to spell the fruit or else it’s like horse names, with a misspelling being considered “cute.” Or something.

Your tag: Paphiopedilum Macabe "bigguy" x black current FlamArrow power petals" 86-53-1 Hswinying Web Hsiny ng WebTaka'53' x Paph. Hung sheng red Apple 3994 x shadow x night shadow wild Thing 2892

A Slippertalk post on 10/30/20 referenced this tag: Paphiopedilum (Hsinying Web x Hsinying Taka) X (Night shadow 2 x Night shadow Wild Thing)

There is no hybrid Macabe, it is likely Macabre.

There is no hybrid Black Current, it is likely Black Currants.

Lynne Cassidy is the hybrid name of Macabre x Black Currants

There is no hybrid FlamArrow, it is likely Flame Arrow.

There is no hybrid Power Petals, it is likely a cultivar name.

Black Flame is the hybrid name of Black Currants x Flame Arrow.

There is no hybrid Hswinying Web, it is likely Hsinying Web.

There is no hybrid Shiny ng WebTaka, nor anything close it. Taka has been used as a cultivar in several AOC awarded hybrids (Australian Orchid Council).

There is no hybrid Night Shadow, it is likely Nightshadow.

There is a hybrid Shadow, but it is an old hybrid made in 1957. It is more likely that the hybrid was the same used in the second tag above, a selfing of Nightshadow.

Based on what we know, here are my best guesses:

Paphiopedilum Macabe "bigguy" x black current FlamArrow power petals" is likely either:

Paphiopedilum (Macabre ‘Big Guy’ x Black Currants ‘Flame Arrow Power Petals’), which is Paphiopedilum Lynne Cassidy, or

Paphiopedilum Macabre ‘Big Guy’ x (Black Currants x Flame Arrow ‘Power Petals’), which is Paphiopedilum Macabre ‘Big Guy’ x Black Flame.

Hswinying Web Hsiny ng WebTaka'53' x Paph. Hung sheng red Apple 3994 is likely Paphiopedilum (Hsinying Web ’Taka 53’ x Hung Sheng Red Apple).

shadow x night shadow wild Thing could be (Shadow x Nightshadow ‘Wild Thing’). But Shadow is an old hybrid, and we know from the second tag that a cross referred to as (Night Shadow ‘2’ x Night Shadow ‘Wild Thing’) has been made. Therefore, I think it is likely (Nightshadow ‘2’ x Nightshadow ‘Wild Thing’).

Thus, I think your cross is most likely either:

Paphiopedilum Lynne Cassidy x ((Hsinying Web ’Taka 53’ x Hung Sheng Red Apple) x (Nightshadow ‘2’ x Nightshadow ‘Wild Thing’))

Or

Paphiopedilum ((Lynne Cassidy x (Hsinying Web ’Taka 53’ x Hung Sheng Red Apple)) x (Nightshadow ‘2’ x Nightshadow ‘Wild Thing’)

Or

Paphiopedilum (Macabre ‘Big Guy’ x Black Flame) x ((Hsinying Web ’Taka 53’ x Hung Sheng Red Apple) x (Nightshadow ‘2’ x Nightshadow ‘Wild Thing’))

Or

Paphiopedilum ((Macabre ‘Big Guy’ x Black Flame) x (Hsinying Web ’Taka 53’ x Hung Sheng Red Apple)) x (Nightshadow ‘2’ x Nightshadow ‘Wild Thing’)

Of course, one or more of my assumptions may very well be wrong, there's no way to know for sure unless we get more information.

Your plant with your tag was listed for sale in TropicalExotique’s 12/24 catalog. Perhaps you could reach out to them for clarification, but if that’s the best they can do in their catalog, they may not be able to tell you anything else.

How much better if people would just take a moment and put accurate info on tags. Luckily, I’m home in bed, sick with a cold, and looking for something to occupy my mind other than doom-scrolling. This fit the bill!

I'm sorry you are sick and hope you get better soon! Happy to give you something to do though...lol
Yikes, system overload!
"Paphiopedilum (Macabre ‘Big Guy’ x Black Currants ‘Flame Arrow Power Petals’), which is Paphiopedilum Lynne Cassidy, or"
I am just going with this one because it's easy and I was originally going with Big Guy x Power Petals so Lynne Cassidy it is. Not too worried about being exact, after all it IS one of a billion vinicolored maudiae
