I posted a group shot of the first 6 to flower a few weeks ago- and then this weekend a real stunner opened. Not the largest flower- but for me as a breeder, the color makes this the best of the bunch. It positively glows- and this was the best picture I could get (which still does not quite capture the intensity.) Also one of the 3 bloomed so far with a good full form. Better still- first bloom has 2 buds on one spike and a second growth about to bloom. So high marks for floriferousness. The plant is 13 cm tall- about half of that pseudobulb and half leaf- and the flower is about 6.7 cm wide.
