This one is blooming with 9 flowers now, smells kind of sweet vanilla but not exactly. Can anyone help me identify it?

And the colors are quite correct, perhaps a bit more yellow in real. Unfortunately, alredy starting to fade:sob:
 
I think this one is oculata. It is a very widespread species (Mexico - Brazil), but there are a few sympatric "species" within the range that are very similar. It probably has a fair amount of variation within its range too.

It could be oculata. I have had some labelled as that and this may be a survivor. ;)
