I saw the news yesterday but the numbers are higher today.
Very disturbing pictures of destroyed buildings. Very sad.

It's hard to beleive that a 6.5 could do that, I lived in san jose in 1987 that was a 7.5 and didn't do even half that much damage that taiwan endured
