I have started on a collection of Cyps for breeding!! I have now
Cyp. acaule
Cyp. calceolous
Cyp.parviflorum var. pubescens
Cyp. montanum

I have pollen from Cyp. acaule alba ( thank You Lise-- Erythrone here on forum)

I also have Cyp. henryi pollen

Calypso bulbosa
Pleione formosana

If anyone has pollen or plants to share for breeding please send me a PM or e-mail ([email protected])

If there is pollen of acaule alba, would be nice to see a picture too
 
I just received some Cyp. seed!! :) Thank You Dido!!!!!! I want to start them naturally. How does one make sure you get the right fungus for them to germinate???????
 
If you fuound one I need it too. :evil:

Try it at the moment with different kinds who grow in my forest,
mybe next year I will see seedlings.:drool:

For the seed everytime welcome if I can help
 
I just went & dug up some good compost soil. Hopefully it has good fungus for the seed germination. I will spread the seeds in 4 pots & put them in my Cyp. garden, hopefully I will have some sprout in the spring!!!!!!!!! :)
