I couldn't resist this little Phal from the local florist. Smack me for buying a NoId but I thought it was cute.

Nothing wrong with buying a noid! In my case I bought it at Home Depot, I needed the color for a display, the size & price was right! It has been the only phal to like, survive & bloom in my GH, which is not probably warm enough in night time winter lows.

This one came out of Taiwan. A lot of their Phals are never, ever registered, but this one is. It's Little Gem Stripes.

If you have OrchidWiz you can see all the variation. There have literally been millions of them made and sold in big box stores, supermarkets, and orchid shows.

It is really cute.
