What a difference!

Here is a photo of a this complex paph. that bloomed in August 2011 for me. Matter a fact I even posted it on this site. I wasn't happy with the flower and said to myself, that one won't be staying here. Then I promptly forgot about it.

Here is the exact same plant 9 months later on another blooming.

To me it's hard to believe that this is the same plant, but it is. It must have known that it was heading out the door if it didn't preform better.

I have seen similar changes. Paph Cocoa Lovely a year apart:

The second one was larger than the first, and was still "spreading" when I took that photo.
