Definitely one of my favorite hybrids. One great thing about it is that you never know what to expect... twisted petals or straight petals from Susan Booth. Personally, I perfer the straight petals like yours. Christian

Thanks for the info Dot. I figured it was a multigrowth plant. I have one with four growths and no signs of a sheath yet. Hope mine's looks as nice as yours. Imagine future bloomings with three flowers.... now we are talking extra impressive. That one extra flower would make a world...

Let it dry out for a couple of days and then put it outside for about 12-14 days where the night temp is mid 40ies. This trick is magic! If the growths are blooming size, you will see a sheath soon. This is how growers get their older and difficult grexes of Delrosi, GN, Harold Koops...

Just watch the temps closely. I think 45 degrees is good enough, eventhoug I do know one grower who goes as low as 40 degrees. Also, the newer remakes of this hybrid are made with strong/better parents that can bloom sooner and without all the tricks you will get on this thread. You may...

BTW -- that is an excellent lookig roth. I assume a first bloom since it only has two flowers? What cross is it? It shows a lot of potential. If it were me, I would not use the roth as the pod parent and instead use the seed (which is what I think you are doing) b/c a roth of that...
