Please try to be patient with vendors. I own a wholesale
tree nursery and there are times when we just can't dig
and get the trees on a semi at the exact moment a customer asks. Most orchid nursery owners have to have
"day jobs" to provide income and have to attend shows
for the same reason. Delays are frustrating for the nursery owner too. Please try to be kind and understanding and the small effort will pay off. Outing a
nursery owner who's doing the best with what time they
have is not fair and very unkind.

I am going on three or four years waiting for a plant that Alan Koch promised was "in the mail". Live and learn. Rusty

It's 2015 and I still don't have the promised plant.

Waiting 4 months for an online order is being patient with a vendor. At that time 5 years ago, alerting others to that kind of service is fair and not unkind at all.
And when they did come thru with the order, I posted that as well.
