Wow, stunning charlesworthii! Offspring are lovely, too, but with a parent like that it's hard not to pale in comparison. Have you thought about crossing back to either parent or between siblings to re-roll the genetic dice a little? Or remaking the cross with charlie as pod parent? Also, maybe some of the slower-developing seedlings will exhibit more of their father's color depth, not impossible that such heavy pigment production takes a developmental toll in some individuals.
