during my last few trips I took some pictures of flowers that didn't get included in other threads because of space issues. here they are!
a flower I had never seen before, only a few miles from where I grew up! it's called 'queen of the prairie'

these flowers near jam bog were drawing hummingbirds, but I wasn't quick enough to get pictures of them
don't know the names of these fungi, but I have seen orange and purple ones in hammond hill state forest. these were under a tiny shrub right out in the open
