I was very excited to see my rare albinistic form of a species finally about to bloom; less so when I saw how dark the buds were emerging. I do recall where I got this one, but she has died, so there's no getting back to her on this one now. It has turned out to be a very nice Mt.Toro, though I don't have room for it, as with a small greenhouse I only have room for the things I really love.

I find the plant beautifull! What albininistic species were you expecting?
Roebbelinii aureum x self, got it from Christine Chowning 15 or more years ago; not entirely a surprise, given her unpleasant character.

wow that's really rough to hear 15 years only to find the plant isn't what you expected. makes me wonder how many "oops wrong plant" i have in my small collection. echoing what @TyroneGenade said, at the very least it's pretty.
