I got the same situation. My charlesworthii bloomed last year. This year it successfully put out 2 mature growths and side growths now. But it does not show me it wants to bloom again.

My P. charlesworthii is in spike right now. I found that some clone produced more growths and make clump easily, but not all of them matured to produce bloom. I got line breed clone from Taiwan and it doesn't produce a lot of new growths, but does bloom regularly on every growth.
