I love this form. Please do post picks when in full flower.

Question: with all the buzz about the legality of Vietnamese Paphs lately, are these and the alba forms legal technically? Just wondering...

Apparently so. They are sold opening on ebay, at shows and listed in vendor catalogs without any questions here in the states.
I bought some from Doug (Potterychef) and Norito

Can not wait to see more.
Make sure to notice for us whether it has a fragrant as well.

I know vietnamense was legally distributed via Antec Labs rescue center. Where the alba form came from IDK.

I guess F&W assumed a mutation took place during line breeding/ flasking and the album was formed! I wouldn't question a gift horse Eric.

Again, its a matter of practicality in policing all those species. Yes, technically, since the album and dunkle forms were derived from Vietnamese strains discovered post-1990. they should be illegal. But delanatii as a species in commerce pre-dates 1990, so its just too much work to track down forms of a species that in itself is already legal. Notice how anitum turns up in public as "adductum v. anitum", and all the helenae's sold as "barbigerum v helenae" (before the legal Antec plants).

Update

looking better. Its on a road trip to Shreveport today. I hope Tom K. likes it!
