I love this species! I wish I could grow it. I've lost a couple of them now. I can grow other multis, but this one seems to elude me.

Isn't that strange? Do you have any X's? I do find, for me, the X's are faster growing/more vigor than the species but other than that I don't have any trouble. Of the multis St.Swithin is the one that causes me grief & is slooow growing.

I have an alba form of Henrietta Fujiwara (haynaldianum x primulinum) that's doing fine. But I've had a couple of plants of the species and slowly watched them diminish until I threw them out. At this point, I'll stick with what works for me.
