This is a first bloom seedling from a flask I have been raising for 3 years. Worth the wait!

I am amazed that the green color of malipense dominated this cross. With the brachy petals this is a wonderful outcome. Good growing three years out of flask.

Thank you all for your kind comments. I should mention part of my fascination with this first boom is its size. NS 10.5cm. Petal width is 6cm+. I can only hope it gets even larger on subsequent bloomings.
