Paphiopedilum Lady Isabel × wilhelminae

Only 2 flowers, but they're wonderful. This is a compact multifloral (thanks to wilhelminae) with large, intensely colored flowers. It's quite striking. This seems to bloom every other year or so, but it's worth the wait.

this cross makes great hybrids with sanderianum hybirds ..if you are inclined to breed

Nice flower. I hear what you are saying about the size. You can grow two or three of these in the space required for a large roth or roth hybrid. Mike
