I know. What a shame. hehe
Unfortunately, without staking, they would not stand up very well. Especially when I move them around for watering, the risk of breaking the spikes is high.
I could probably use thin metal stakes, but not sure how to cut them shorter.
And they cost more. I don't reuse stakes.

That looks great. Too bad you have to use those stakes, though -- they do distract from the flowers.
