It's a cross from Phrag-Plus (Jean-Pierre Faust). If I'm not mistaking, it's Elizabeth Castle X Michel Tremblay.

I love that it looks like one of those small schlimii crosses but with besseae colour.

NS is 2 1/4'' . Not that tiny but surely less than some others.
