I've revised the pictures and BINGO! The fly eggs can be clearly seen.

Do you know what the larvae eat? I can not see signals of damage in the plant.

Wow! That is awesome! My minor in entomology finally paid off! LOL, Like Rick already mentioned, Syrphid flies (at least the larvae) are carnivores, so they are usually beneficial insects and will eat pests like aphids that are on your plant.
