Phrag Pleruflora's Cirila Alca X schlimii

This is a first bloom plant. The second growth bloomed. The flower is smaller, understandably, than the other kovachii hybrids I have bloomed. The flower is 3.75 inches across. The flower has been open for a couple of days. The colour is less intense that I had hoped but I still think it's an attractive flower.

Very nice! Where is the besseae in this one? I just see kovachii and schlimii. Doesn't look that much different from Eumelia Arias. Still, I love the colour and shape!

Ed, the plant is smaller than the other kovachii hybrids I have which tend to be large plants in the range of the caudatum hybrids I have. The leaves on this plant are wider and longer than my schlimiis. It is about the size of the Phrag richteri it is sitting beside in the greenhouse.
