I can't tell if the bottom leaf is about to fall away or if it has crown rot. I guess the real question is what the roots look like when you repot, and if it falls apart or is okay.

Looks okay to me! I'm not expert on brachies so others can weigh in, but if it were mine, I'd pot it back up in something appropriate for root size and feed it Kelpak monthly to encourage root growth. Watering and watching temps/humidity per the species' preferences.
