Below is a photo of one of the two vandas that are currently in bloom in my greenhouse. First up is Vanda Robert's Delight 'Crownfox Big Red' FCC/AOS. Lots of nice color but the flowers are close together. Well at least on this blooming.

Next is a smaller flower but one that I really like.

my first orchids were vandas..one purple , one red..slowly killed them both growing them in my apt windows..20 years ago

I like them both, but I love the Vandas that look like the
species of the non-dinner plate variety. Is the insignis cross fragrant?

Hi Angela, I can't say that I can recall getting a fragrance off that ascda. I just checked this morning but it's real cold in there at the moment (51) so no fragrance at the moment. I'll need to check later today as I think it's suppose to go up to 90.
