I got this plant and feel like i can grow it. Does anyone have any tips or tricks? It is going to be on a wood mount.

grew mine on a tree fern mount. That way the long pendant leaves could hang. I cared for it with typical Oncidium care. The leaves were close to 3 ft by the time I sold it.

I have a BS one for two yrs. Lives on the plastic mount it arrived on. Grows slowly for me. Treated as if one of my vandas. High light, warm, daily wet/dry. Frequent fertilizer, summer weekly, winter every two wks. Perhaps shouldn't be fertilized or as much in winter.
