Triploid Frank Smith Expectations??

I'm wanting to purchase a triploid Phrag. Frank Smith. I really like the pink colour of the diploid version. Will the triploid version have green coloration because of the tetraploid Grande? The cross is tetraploid Phrag. Grande x Diploid Phrag. kovachii. The attached image is a diploid Frank Smith.

First of all welcome to ST.
I don't think the color itself would be affected, but perhaps saturation would be?? There are far more knowledgeable folks here than I.

Colors should be similar. You will probably not be able to breed with a triploid though.

I thought that the first batch of this cross all originated from the same place and were all triploids. ???

Anyway, here's a pic of the first bloom on my Phrag. Frank Smith 3N
The shape is poor but the flower is huuuge. It was a little bit over
three years ago.... I'm still waiting for it to rebloom. *sigh*
