The plant, staminode and the dorsal markings all indicate this is a true lunatum...it is different than the photo that you linked...it is not purpurascent for sure.

You might be right...when I look closely, the markings on the staminode are suspicious and the pouch shape is questionable too...but I don't think it is 100% virens or purpurascens either. A profile photo might clear some of the questions...just my opinion.
