What about in the summer? I tried several times and never had luck with this species. Even with the cooler costal weather I used to have i must have been doing something wrong.It does grow on the lower shelf where it is probably mid 60s in winter. I grow it in orchiata, and try to keep it pretty moist at all times.

Here are some other Paphs that are starting to bloom, besides the rung. The first two look alike but are different plants. The first one is godefroyae (black x black), and the second is another one of my ST. Gratrix and the third is a big flowered or round flowered hybrid called Ansun. That godefroyae does not look like it`s going to be a very dark flower, but every flower looks different, and I would be too lucky to get one looking like the darkest flower in the pictures.

What I'm wondering the floor of your growing room is wooden parquet. Don't you have any problems with the moisture and water drops ?
